Well, that is another Dargo High Plains Rally done and dusted.
Thanks to everybody that attended and to all that helped out over the weekend. Your help is truly appreciated as it is always great when people pitch in making it easier all round. From all reports everybody had a great time.
We had 84 registrations of which 53 were Monarch members. Great effort. We also received 3 new membership applications
The trophies were presented as follows: Longest Distance Male Rider - Chris Finch who rode down from QLD to attend our rally. Thank you Longest Distance Female Rider - Deb Sanders (wife of one of our members) fantastic effort on a slippery track on a road bike. Oldest bike and Rider Combined - Alan Bowden, one of our very own Monarchs Youngest Rider - Jack Hilli, who is our youngest Monarch Hard Luck Award - Kerry Sanders. Kerry won the award when one of the people that he was riding with, underestimated the width of his bike and panniers and hit Kerry's classic CB's muffler ripping it off.
Thanks again to Will for an awesome job in making the trophies.
