Annual Membership Renewal Information:
You are Not required to complete a renewal form but if your details have changed you need to inform us.
** Important notes**
By renewing your subscription you are agreeing to abide by the rules and bylaws of the Monarchs Motorcycle Club Inc.
The annual membership fee is due by 30th June each year.
Members must be financial to vote at the Annual General Meeting which is held in July at the beginning of the Financial Year.
Associate members are not eligible to vote.
Members who have become unfinancial will be kept on the records for one year.
If unfinancial for one year, you must apply to the Monarchs Motorcycle Club Committee in writing before an application to rejoin will be granted.
Unfinancial members may not receive correspondence after August.
